At Kodak Photo Printers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your printer or accessory does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the printer, original cables, and any unused paper cartridges back into the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the electronics for quality assurance, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
